About this course
Blue Lake is the longest course you'll play in the Portland metro — 10,470 feet at par 69 from the long pins, with eight holes over 600 feet and three par 5s that just keep going. It's a pay-to-play regional park course built by a who's who of Oregon disc golf, and it does not let up.
The mix is six par 3s, nine par 4s, and three par 5s, all on flat parkland that puts the length and the water in play. Bring your biggest discs and your best endurance; this is a marathon dressed as a round.
Dogs aren't allowed on the course, so plan accordingly — and give yourself a full morning for the loop.
Hole 17 is Blue Lake's signature marathon: 950 feet of par 5 that runs the full length of the course's imagination. From the long pins it's three committed shots with the lake and the distance both in play — the kind of hole that makes the scorecard feel earned. It's the reason locals call this the longest round in the metro.
